Delivery Options
Orders will be acknowledged on the same day if ordered before 5pm and the next day if after 5pm. Any orders on a Saturday/Sunday will be acknowledged on Monday and we then aim to dispatch all acknowledged "non made to measure" orders within 1 working days and depending on the item, goods will be dispatched by one of our nominated couriers.
Once the order has been shipped, we will email the details of the shipment and any tracking information allowing you to track the delivery of your order.
As some items are sent directly from the supplier, you may receive more than 1 delivery if multiple items are ordered, if this is the case, it will be highlighted when on the checkout page.
Should you not be in when the delivery arrives, a card will be left with details of how to collect the order or rearrange a new delivery slot.
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £75 excluding furniture, when the delivery address is in mainland UK!
Made to measure orders for curtains and blinds will be despatched within 15 working days.

Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on most products. However, exclusions apply, and free delivery is not available on the following:
- Furniture orders
- Orders outside of mainland UK (Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
