We have made every effort to portray a true representation of our products through product images, descriptions, and specifications. Furthermore, we take all efforts to make sure that the information on our website is as accurate and up to date as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate and therefore, for our made to measure service we highly recommend using our sample service to make sure you are truly happy with the colour and fabric before purchasing your bespoke product.

Returns Policy

All non-bespoke items on our website have a 30-day return policy, so if it does not meet your expectations, you may return the item(s) at your own cost. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on fabrics and made to measure items as these have been made specifically for you and have been cut from a larger role to your required length and/or have been customised to your requirement.

Therefore, we recommend using our fabric sampling service where you can order up to 5 samples free of charge to make sure you are happy with the colour and material before making a larger purchase.

Delivery

Delivery will be complete when goods are delivered to the address specified when ordering. We may deliver different parts of your order on different days/times. Delivery is only to the countries specified on our delivery page and we reserve the rights to cancel an order from a country which we do not deliver to.

Delivery dates given on at checkout and/or on product pages are estimates only and in peak times delivery may take longer than the estimate.

If you receive a notification of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to contact the delivery company to re-arrange delivery.

Measuring and Installation Services

If you use our measuring and/or installation service, you are agreeing to ensure that we are given access to your premises at the agreed date and time and that a person over the age of 18 will be present at all times. Furthermore, you are agreeing to provide us with a safe place to work.

Made to Measure/Order Items

The Curtain Store at Home are not responsible for problems arising when customers provide their own measurements and once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed. Therefore, we recommend to thoroughly read our measuring guide to allowing the risk of a mistake to be minimised. Furthermore, the made to measure images generated online may not display the correct scale of the fabric, to know the correct size, we recommend using our sample service before placing your order. In addition, the pattern repeat is displayed on each product page, allowing you to understand the size of the pattern.

Shrinkage and Fabric Appearance

The Curtain Store at Home cannot guarantee that there will not be shrinkages and/or colour loss after making up and/or when washed. Therefore, we recommend to always made allowances for possible shrinkages when making curtains or soft furnishings. Details of how to properly care for our fabrics will be specified on the relevant product page and by purchasing our fabrics you accept this information as part of the terms of service.

Prohibited Uses

Receiving goods from us

We may not be responsible for any damages to goods identifiable at the time of delivery unless notified to our carrier at the time of the delivery that the goods were damaged.
